The maker

Tim Veilleux (vay-u), a Colorado native, has always appreciated the arts. He has always loved playing guitar with various bands and leading worship in his local church. His passion for music inspired him to learn about guitar making, lutherie.

Upon enrolling into an Intro to Fine Woodworking class, his interest in lutherie expanded into furniture making and design. 

After one year of self-education, two years working at a high end custom cabinet shop, and currently working at a local lumberyard and custom millwork store, Tim is excited to build various, custom fine furniture pieces upon request.

Veilleux Design is committed to 100% handcrafted, quality, custom, furniture and woodwork that is both long lasting and personal.

The Process

Each piece of furniture is 100% handcrafted in beautiful Colorado. Tim strives to meet his clients' needs by making custom and unique pieces that will last generations. The designing, picking of lumber, and finishing process is all done with the customer's interests in mind and is unique to each customer.
